I imagine today's results eliminate any chance for Measure V. There are now only 1036 ballots left to be counted in the entire county, and Measure V is down by 300: 11,181 to 11,451. That's 49.4% to 50.6%

Franklin's Gull????
Help with identification would be appreciated.
Less than an hour ago on June 12 I saw this gull at Yolo Bypass. I think it is a Franklin's Gull but not sure. If it is a Franklin's it is a bit rare for this area. I have posted pics to Ebird and iNaturalist too ...
