Just been attempting some mending with needle and thread. Never has the Song of the Shirt seemed so vivid.
Sigh! Microsoft have just insisted I update my credentials on my email account. I've proved I'm not a robot and done the code bit ok. But when I had to put an e-mail address they said "We know that. Give us another." Spoilt my morning. I'm flummoxed.

I am pleased with Route 6 because it combines with the well-known Lothian Road and Grassmarket withe some excellent but less familiar places, notably the Canal, Magdalen Chapel, and St Cecilia's Hall and Museum.
#wildflowerhour Two welcome but "ordinary" wildflowers in the garden. But the big news is orchids growing wild on Princes Street, Edinburgh, outside St John's church. Not certain which variety; you can't get close.
