This could be a good sign - that #NEH needs more staff (no kidding) as they prepare to reinstate grants - but also note that these positions are being advertised as GS-7-9 - paying $30k+ less than in the past.

News flash: It wasn't "the Left" that broke into the National Endowment for the Humanities, cancelled nearly all grants and programs, fired the majority of civil servant staff, and sharply narrowed the vision of what the #humanities is.

The destruction of the National Endowment of the Humanities was, and remains, a labor issue (or rather, the ignorance of labor).
