This is Easy Chickpea Salad from NYT Cooking with the addition of feta cheese. I could eat stuff like this every day. I was able to use fresh dill and parsley from the little garden we planted this year. #nytcooking

I had a nice walk yesterday and got to talk to the owner of these peonies. He didn’t know what kind of flowers they were so when I stopped to take pictures of them he came out to ask me. He said he’d lived there for a couple years and they had never come up before. #peonies
The first few pages from my new sketchbook. A bright watercolour background is painted, then I draw the bird (or anglerfish) with a black brush pen (no pencil sketch), then I overpaint the bird in watercolours.
