Es que si negocian ellos, dirán que no a las reivindicaciones (xq cuestan dinero y dificultades y algunas son imposibles de cumplir) y quedarían mal. Así que paso la papa caliente a otro. Y si ese otro decide decir que si, le echaré la culpa porque es imposible cumplir en las CCAA. No tiene fisuras.
