Husband saw a "Build your own Trabi" kit in the window of Age Concern - and didn't buy it! I'm genuinely disappointed.
The cat has just brought in the most fabulous beetle! (Captured on the balcony. Lots of fuss, thought she'd been stung by a bee.) Now rescued and back in the garden. Doesn't seem any the worse for the experience.

Would anyone happen to have a Shetland or Exmoor pony that wouldn’t mind sending some fur samples to me? We’re trying to compare a potentially preserved fur specimen but there’s (perhaps unsurprisingly) few sources on fur fibre diameters!
