No, what makes people sick (and 54000 a year die), is pricing people out of their healthcare. When I lived in The UK, I only paid 10% tax and didn't have to go to The ER, as a last desperate measure, and then pray I could afford to stay aluve. It's disgusting that America does this!

Having a similar problem, it kinda feels like Im being punished for escaping DV, twice I've been treated like absolute shit, one time in the ED when I had a heart rate of 135 and a serious fecal impaction (sorry if tmi). I was sneared at by the doctor and berated by the nurse, reported them both!
It's ridiculous!!
