This is what ERC does. It's annoying for us coming from big institutions with large populations (over 17k across our country) but better thank being excluded from a panel.
Now, the speed is not outstanding, it almost feel like "real time" (1 sec. text per 1 sec. audio), but it's ok. I was surprised at how bad OpenAI's API was. It was faster, but the text was definitely worse quality, with hallucinated phrases. 4/
Regarding the executable, you can choose, CPU-bound or GPU-bound. In my machine, with an AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16 core and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4 Gb), the former works better: i.e. CPU with 12 threads beads GPU. 2/
