The Kilt Crew at St Pancras this morning. Lovely to bump into Romolo on his way to Paris after I'd just arrived from there. Looking forward to working a train together sometime soon hopefully.

Had the loveliest chat with a colleague this morning. She was telling some friends about our new uniform and showing photos. It was lovely to hear her say how much she appreciates the gesture of wearing the kilt and the message it sends about diversity and openness. It made my day.
