#MountVernon, #NY: 78y/o Rose was last seen in the 300blk of Langdon Ave on Jun 8, in a rust/pink short jacket, a skirt w/ brown tights & blue Crocs carrying a small hand bag. She left without any money/ID. Family & authorities say she may be confused & is in need of assistance.
