Screenwriter (films on Shudder, AMC+, Tubi, Amazon, Vinegar Syndrome blu-ray), director of oddities, so so author, cosmic pessimist. Auty. He/him.

So much better than its reputation suggests. One of those odd sequels I'm convinced would have been a cult classic had it been a standalone film with no franchise baggage.
A gothic haunting in a modern high-rise full of mirrors, with practical effects? Gold.
Needs a rip-off remake. I'll write it.

YALL. I have literally been job hunting since LAST AUGUST. I’ve been freelancing, but it’s just not enough. I’ve entered eviction territory if I don’t come up with what I owe by JUNE 16.

A fav by Chet Zar.
Folk are talking about Ghostbusters. The start of my life-long love of comedy and horror together. Little me watched 1 & 2 behind the couch one minute, and rolling on the floor the next.
As an adult I still love them, ignoring the stink of Reaganism in the original.
Dig the newer ones too.
Name 2 films or shows with the same director.
Don't Look Now & The Witches (Nicolas Roeg)
The sixth feature from prolific 21-year-old Australian horror filmmaker Alice Maio Mackay, THE SERPENT'S SKIN is like a trans take on THE CRAFT or the YA horror paperback you wished you had in high school.
Screening Friday 6/26 at midnite at Nitehawk Williamsburg in BE GAY, DO CRIME PART III.
