@halsparks.com Iā€™m sorry. This cop excitedly fired 4 times, missing the perp from 3-4 ft but clearly aiming his gun recklessly endangering his colleagues. I know we will never hear this, but the agent who got shot in the vest was probably friendly fire, and the gunman never discharged his weapon.
