It would never occur to me to use AI for any of these tasks. My professional and scholarly obligation is offer my own effort to students, not a machine's.

I’ve been listening to the dreadful spiel from management about AI. In light of what I‘ve heard, here’s my promise to students: I will never use AI to write emails to you, to craft presentations I deliver to you, or to summarise information I provide to you. I respect you too much for that.
