Grew up from kid, to teen, to adult on Squaresoft/Squareenix games. From FF to Dragon Quest to SaGa to Chrono to the most obscure stuff...
They're going full AI? I boycott, simple as that. There's other games out there just as good. 🤷♂️
Don't let nostalgia be a weapon that can be used against you.

Just as an update for those interested; I'm still on a relative-break for health reasons right now.
I've been working a bit more on my game than on art, but Monday I have a medical thing which will give me more information, so I'll see from there on.
I'm doing fine otherwise! 🍄💜

Triple-A games are like 80$+ nowadays. Some of them are using world-destroying slop machines... and most of them end up in our backlogs for years.
Maybe I'm old, but I've been enjoying tackling my backlog and enjoying indie and older games much more these past few years... 😶
Tons of people have told me that although my art is often far removed from being full on lewd, there's often a sense of casual-ness, of something natural about the sexy.
And that's what I enjoy, and want to embrace the most about my own art. 💜
FF Brave Exvius getting the Octopath COTC / 0 treatment?
Sure! The soundtrack was a banger.
90% of AAA game is either disappointing, too expensive or morally compromised meanwhile there’s like five hundred beautiful indie games out there every day that are like ‘what if we kept making quake but with a half life gravity gun’ or ‘what if there was a new Power Stone but for homosexuals’
In this era of slop, the most beautiful thing I can find when I look at art pieces on my timeline is INTENT.
When you can immediately see the things the artist did with intent, their little quirks, that small detail that most "consumers" would never notice, but art enjoyers will truly enjoy. 🎨💜
