I’m sorry, but saying these people fall into the category of “any idiot” is like saying Sosa and McGwire fall into the category of “any hitter”. We’re living in an era of All Time Great Idiots. Our grandkids will know nothing about these people except that they were the best Idiots to ever do it.

For all of the folks who looked at US foreign policy and thought, "this is easy, any idiot could do better" - any idiot has now tried and it turns out that, no, they didn't do any better.
Although I'm excited to see how the populists attribute this to the establishment over the next few years.
