Was great catching up @waltherlab.bsky.social Andreas!!super fun evening! I got to know also I look like a German TV chef!
We are excited to share our cover-featured review in Angewandte Chemie Novit! Fantastic work by Lenard on acylations across biology, chemistry, and in between. Why nature choose acyl phosphates? Coupling reactivity with confinement may hold the answer.

We are very happy to share our recent publication in Nature Communications on selection between click and acyl transfer reactions! Congrats to Deb and everyone else involved in the work!

Just out in @ChemRxiv! Switchable amino acyl phosphates! We show how azobenzene-embedded acyl phosphates enable photoperiodic control over non-equilibrium self-assembly.

More than a leaving group!! We show how phosphate leaving groups can regulate reaction pathways and drive orthogonal amide bond formation. Well done Arti!

Thank you @ella-maru.bsky.social for the great design.
Happy to share that our work on phosphate leaving groups has been selected as the supplementary cover image for the latest issue of @jacs.acspublications.org
Credit to @Ella Maru for the great design.

We are happy to share our article, now published in @jacs.acspublications.org !🎉Leaving groups that do not really leave! Congrats to Arti for showing that phosphate leaving groups persist after amide bond formation, affecting the supramolecular properties of the system.

Thank you very much @gomobel.bsky.social for highliting our work on @chemistryworld.com. Chiral acyl phosphates meet self-assembly..! Thanks also @claudiabonfio.bsky.social and @jeannecrassousiscr.bsky.social for the very nice comments about our work!!

Really cool stuff by @pappasgroup.bsky.social in @angewandtechemie.bsky.social – chiral chemical fuels drive molecules to self-assemble into different structures, depending on handedness 🧬 My latest for @chemistryworld.com 👉🏼 www.chemistryworld.com/news/chiral-... #ChemSky #RealTimeChem #Chemistry
Phosphate esters and anhydrides are central to biology, storing and transferring chemical energy to sustain processes from metabolism to translation. Among them, acyl phosphates are highly reactive, y...
It has been great catching up with @pappasgroup.bsky.social in @uni-freiburg.de. King of phosphates in #systemschemistry

#SundayCover: Chemical system control itself with a simple handshake! 🤝
The @pappasgroup.bsky.social at @uni-freiburg.de developed a new feedback mechanism for controlling non-equilibrium systems based on chirality.
