this is off-the-cuff, but I've been pounding the table about it for a while--implementation is and remains the easy part. AI services are the easy part
the hard part is *executive strategy* and I am not aware of anyone going even near consulting, etc. for that completely underserved segment
Interesting one here. Anthropic is launching a firm that looks like an AI implementation consultancy.
