Enssle et al. perform transcriptomic and proteomic profiling of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), revealing seven proteogenotypes (PGs) that reflect molecular and tumor microenvironment features across genetic DLBCL subtypes. PG4 identifies high-risk DLBCLs with diverse mutational profiles characterized by enhanced MYC and B cell receptor activity and exhausted T cells.
