NYU professor and data journalist @merbroussard.bsky.social saw what was coming with AI before the rest of us did. And despite the wave of media layoffs, she has something reassuring to say to journalists worried about being replaced.
This isn’t like letting kids use a calculator, this is more akin to letting kids smoke. The whole point here is pushing an addictive product and getting kids hooked on it early—not educational best practices.
