Man, if you are a contractor and you get an emergency call from the government on a Friday night to take down a bunch of letters, you are charging so much money. Every single person on that scaffolding is getting a new car.

Here. You can watch it for yourself. It took 2 bucket cranes and 3 hours to put that name up. But 12 hours and a scaffold to take it down. Someone is slow-walking this.
