Cue koala cuddle. Arms and legs firmly wrapped around him as she buries her face into his neck. She gives him occasional kisses here and there, just to remind him that she wanted him close.

She won't punish him. She's just upset and needs him in her arms to confirm that he thinks she's important. Rangiku loves him to pieces.

He knows his love is not doing very well today, and part of it is his fault, (a lot) so he’s going to just pull her into a cuddle.
He’s also got her favorite foods and chocolate waiting if she desires.
But for now, he will cuddle her as long as she wants.
