When challangef with this what happens? A fucking meeting is scheduled... What will happen on that meeting... Nothing cause 90% of us are introverts that rather be in a car crash than in that meeting...
Maybe i should mention that we don't feel respected when our written words are valued less than spoken ones...
Especially in our environment. And why? Cause it cost money. Yea, of course it does. So we should track inventory in and out, warranty status, life cycles the things we can actually track and manage. Not what make and model monitor John Smith has on his desk...
A monitor don't tend to stay in one place here, people borrow desks from each other, developers bring old monitors into labs for their work, on site engineers build a workbench they take with them on the road and so on and so forth... This idea is great and idealistic but far from realistic

Im glad Im leaving that department the micromanaging of so many aspects are ever increasing... Recent idea is to keep track of employee monitors... An impossible task really, not like a computer that have actual tracable aspects like it's network status etc etc.
