Microwave tofu with soy sauce and butter and cashew noodles from Friday. The pasta was dogshit and asked me to fry the cashews WAY too long, but it's oddly better after a few days?? It was our first flop which isn't surprising considering the reviews. Would recommend making tofu like this tho.
