No reason?? Trying so hard to keep a MALE from giving testimony is enough reason. It has taken 30 years to give these known perpetrators and abettors their day in court who if guilty, don’t deserve it. It’s more than the victims had when they were being raped!

Yes. If he lies, charge him with perjury. But yes, get his testimony on official record. That’s how investigations work. Just like the 302’s being illegally withheld. They are subject to perjury, but official testimony of credible witnesses. What in his story has been proven a lie?
