1/2 Dignity and Respect means something very different when coming from someone protecting rights than trying to remove them.
Dignity is a human rights term of art- it is the floor to living a private life. You must be able to live it with dignity.

Big moves again today. EHRC Guidance is unworkable and thats just a fact.
Does anyone have a source on the NHS saying trans kids under 18 would be able to keep continuity of care even under the current ban? Would be really helpful to be able to source direct hypocrisy.
Senior leaders from business and civil society are being brought in to support the Government to deliver a digital ID system that works for the public.
3. The Consultation
The consultation boils my blood the most as it is clearly an exercise in building consent. This was likely designed to protect this decision if a challenge should come. Firstly healthcare should not be decided by the opinions of Drs not involved in the treatment or by parents.

Yesterday I met a friend for lunch, a mother grieving the suicide of her trans child. I thanked her for speaking to QueerAF about her son, for bravely sharing her darkest thoughts…the ‘silver lining’ of Zach’s death is that at least he’s not here to see how far things have fallen since he died.

Update: Young people & families today received shocking & transphobic letters from NHS.
These letters tell people that endocrine care (blockers / HRT) is being fully withdrawn in 7 weeks time (July 31st).
