If you're in Paris, go see the extraordinary Lee Miller exhibition at the Musée d'Art Moderne. There is room after room of her pictures, with each one adding to the story of her life. During WW2, she was often the first photographer to go into the combat zone alongside Allied troops. Fearless!
La Cave du Pont Neuf by JR pays tribute to the wrapping of Pont Neuf by Christo and Jean-Claude in 1985. It will be open to the public June 6th to 28th. The Pont au Change is in the foreground,
JR's La Cave du Pont Neuf in Paris got blown off a few days before it was due to open. Despite careful planning, the wind got inside and ripped the covering off in places. It was supposed to open last Saturday.
I used Lee Miller's out-of-focus Rolleiflex in the foreground to take pictures of people in the gallery. I'm not sure which one I prefer...
