Flare has a vast array of sensory processing augmentations, apparently designed to help it harness its hyper-keen senses.
It has genuinely no idea where they came from.

As a part of its compensation, it was given access to a selection of high-tier LUX-Iconic licenses.
It prefers to keep thinking of its mech as stolen.

Despite being built from the Mourning Cloak chassis, the Silvercrow has had all the "biotic components" stripped out, along with many other mods.
It still gets the agility bonus because Flare is just Like Thatβ’.
they could probably dodge a bullet *in their mech* given the right circumstances.
I also like to think the returning weapons effect from Knife Juggler is an effect of the Fold knife being Weird as Fuck and doing spatial shenanigans.
