There’s this amazing program called @skypeascientist.bsky.social where you can invite scientists to talk to your class about their work! AI has its uses but talk to real people! It’s much better
Other @skypeascientist.bsky.social highlights: watching them light up when I told them some bivalves start life as male and turn female, or vice versa, or change annually, or are both at the same time. They were very entertained by that.
Just had my first @skypeascientist.bsky.social session speaking to year 6 students in Vietnam about pollution in parks🏞️🐦 Questions from these students were excellent and so thoughtful- an amazing experience! 🙂
