She is Babak's mother, Babak is one of the victims of the January uprising in Iran. Today is her sonβs birthday,she wanted to go to his grave to celebrate his birthday. However, the Revolutionary Guards have placed her under house arrest & told her that she is not allowed to visit her sonβs grave.
