Margin loans are at an all-time high, margin calls hurt a lot. Leverage is fine until it's not. A lot of people are going to experience unnecessary pain relatively soon imo.
Short thread and I fully concur. What used to be before 2015 simply no longer exists. None of it makes any rational sense anymore. We are in deep shit as a country.

Pretty cool quick read. We have some "dry farming" operations in California wine country producing crazy good tomatoes, I have a few going that just sprouted from seeds, tons of fruit and really good flavor so far. This guy is growing 7,000 varieties, insane.
I somehow suspect the now 100% corrupt US government and its oligarch masters will never do anything remotely right by the citizens that their AI networks will displace.

We're in a crazy world when it comes to medical evidence, I did not know of Dr. Pearson but am looking forward to her book. I suspect it will put a shameful spotlight on the cranks and quacks in charge of US public health. I'm with her and Dr. Topol.
