this was my first concept, sorta like a bee... mantis... water beetle... Jetsons party kid I kinda liked these later ones better, but friends didn't. maybe these're too bizarro I'm definitely gonna re-use this poofy mantis character for something...

I'm coming in late with this week's #OliveArtClub. But here is a teapot. I didn't want to splatter the darker colour ink over this one because it would lose all the detail, but I still wanted to try to get some of that amazing blue on to the page somehow. This was my solution this time!
