I don't mind AI for virtual staging with furniture in listing photos, but sometimes it's outright lying.
In this case the AI added a countertop (blocking a door, lol), two extra doors, and extra lighting including pot lights magically embedded into the HVAC ducting.
This should be banned.
Feels like all the land value tax advocates are tilting at windmills trying to completely rebuild the tax system rather than just voting for a smallish tweak to the existing property tax system we already have

= A doable way to implement a Land Value Tax so we're taxing land value, not over-taxing the useful thing (aka buildings).
