However, it does beg the question about the role of editors in filtering out a bigger portion of papers. All editors are complaining about the joint problem of harder to find reviewers and dramatically rising submissions.
3 it does keep me up on the literature as well as what you get scholars are doing. So far any use of AI in writing is not being used to go deeper into literature and if it is being used AI is supporting very superficial searches and reading/analysis so take that as you will
