Ford's front-wheel-drive Escort had a coupé companion-model in North America, sold as either as a Ford or as this Mercury LN7, which had a 'bubble back' wrapround rear tailgate window. Seen in this 1983 brochure, the 2-seater 1.6-litre LN7 was quite a short-lived model. #carbluesky
