Bucharest must be the worst city in Europe, if not the world. Sure it’s fairly cheap and safe, but the distinct lack of culture, and worst combination of terrible roads, drivers and traffic suck. Even the cobble stones in Old Town are sharp and unsuitable for healthy barefoot living
