Roberts claims SCOTUS is not political. All six conservative judges are members of the Federalist Society. From the Society’s website: “The Federalist Society is a group of CONSERVATIVES AND LIBERTARIANS DEDICATED TO REFORMING THE CURRENT LEGAL ORDER.” Not sure how much more political you can get.
