Wonderful days in Cambridge with Visualizing the Unknown @huygensknaw.bsky.social and Visualizing Science @bhmpi.bsky.social teams to explore collections and exchange with scholars working on Visual Culture and Natural History. @Fitzwilliammuseum @hpscambridge.bsky.social @whipplemuseum.bsky.social
Followed by an amazing day in the @royalsociety.org library, looking at the Charter book (explained here to us by Rupert Baker) and the drawings by Marcello Malpighi.

Venice this week! For the opening of the exhibition “Diagrams, a project by AMO/OMA” at the Fondazione Prada, Ca’Corner. It has been fantastic to play a small role in this project and it is even better to now see the whole show in reality, and amazing to speak to all the people involved
This week I have the honour of taking care of the Bluesky account @historicivertellen.bsky.social, where I well show you a bit more about my work (week). All in Dutch!
This is a project I have been working on for several month and I am very excited that the exhibition “Diagrams. A Project by AMO/OMA” will open soon —> 10 May at Ca’ Corner, Fondazione Prada, Venice
Super dress match met Trude Dijkstra vanavond bij #avondwm, de Avond van wetenschap & maatschappij waar we als tafelwetenschappers een stelling mochten inbrengen en bespreken met fantastische tafelgenoten. #boekwetenschap & #wetenschapsgeschiedenis

The amazing #drawing course “Drawing Rome” will run again, taught by artist and architect David Dernie. It’s an amazing way to learn to see, observe and draw (and to explore #Rome) for beginners as well as experienced people.
