I used to do this when I worked in nursing homes many moons ago. I would sit them around the nurse’s desk and chat while documenting. So many wonderful conversations

the residents at the nursing home i work at are so precious.
they come to my desk to say hi and i ask them to tell me stories about their lives to help stimulate their memories.
