#PERTomics, the systematic functional perturbation of genes and quantification of subcellular, cellular, and organismal responses. To functionally annotate uncharacterized genes, build genetic interaction maps, identify drug dependencies and synergies, and understand polygenetic biology.
So great to this preprint out. It was/is such a pleasure to work with this fantastic team. Congratulations to all of you!

Happy to share another paper from the lab. While KEAP1 is often mutated in aggressive lung cancer, its loss can paradoxically suppress tumor growth in certain contexts by inducing Nrf2-driven reductive stress. link.springer.com/article/10.1...
