Was supposed to go to a pup night thing tonight, but my social anxiety screamed no, and I ended up shutting down 🫠

I broke my 72 hour fast at 67 hours… I was getting a headache and couldn’t fall asleep 🙃 Bone broth then some scrambled eggs with kimchi 🙂

On the final day of a 3 day fast, and I am soooooo hungry… Like all I can think about is what I’m going to eat tomorrow morning 😭

And of course my instagram reels are only showing me cookie recipes and restaurants and Korean food today 😭😭😭
