Update: So good news- the job is getting warantee'd out and redone along with several other items being thrown in for free.

Because the face only has a layer of Mochi on it, It squishes more than my typical furred faces. I didn't realize it would do that ahead of time and i'm super into it. Looks more alive.

It either shut off because it detected a heat spike and it damaged but fixable or the engine has seized and it's not. We are gonna find out.
The shop better take accountability.
And the pt quit on me backing out of the driveway on sunday. There was zero coolant in the reservoir. I just had the water pump done.

If there is one piece of advice I could offer any creative or first suit maker that takes on client projects.It is this: be reliable.
Be reliable.
Take on work that you can handle and turn it around in a timely fashion. If there's delays communicate the delays and work to mitigate them. 1/2
