Currently, and for the past 30yrs, the FAA advises pilots that it doesn't accept UAP/UFO reports and to report to a civilian reporting center. So, we wrote this paper as a survey of pilot reporting points and to develop recommendations on UAP reporting for the FAA. www.narcap.org/faa-reportin...
