Saw the Aurora Orchestra play Mozart Jupiter Symphony this afternoon at the Beacon, which was fun. I did spend the whole time wanting to play, though 😎

Got whacked in the cheekbone by a large bit of spinny playground equipment this evening, so will be telling anyone who asks about the massive bruise that I can't talk about fight club.
I took my cello in and played to my 6yo's class yesterday (ages 4-7) and it was the loveliest thing ever. They had so many great questions, and listened to the music super attentively. The kids are alright.
Learnt a lovely new idiom today. Apparently in Poland when someone has a black eye, you can say "ah, you put too much salt in the soup". Aka, your spouse has walloped you 😬 in other news, my shiner is developing nicely.
And of course now it's developed into a very prominent black eye. How long do these things last? 😞😎
