I use the auto-translate feature in Teams to turn her diatribes into Catalan; I can see tracking numbers and sales order numbers etc, so I can pay attention to the important issue but skip her condescending scolding

I only have ONE colleague at work now (they split a department of four in half), and I had to ask mgmt to look into how she was speaking to me on Teams because I felt bullied. Like, “sobbing into a pillow on my lunch break” bullied.
She’s real mad abt it but at least the Teams chat is quiet?
