On this day in 1999, Bernie Faloney died.
Born in 1932, he played in the CFL in 1954 and from 1957 to 1967. In his Hall of Fame career, he won three Grey Cups, a Most Outstanding Player Award, the Jeff Russell Memorial Trophy and was a 5x All-Star.
