I know this isn't a quick fix, particularly in Virginia, but remember: SCOTUS probably isn't riding to the rescue. Rights and liberties increasingly depend on state courts.
You can help:
*Clerk in state courts!
*Practice in state courts!
*Try to become a state court judge!
