Also shorter-form work (like minicomics) is a great way to learn your craft and build an audience. I say this all the time in mentoring calls. Start there before you launch yourself into your magnum opus GN.

over the past few years I've tried to upgrade bits of my work setup, only to realize none of it was actually better, just different, and in some ways, worse. So i'm rolling things back a bit. I guess we need to be open to change, but also recognize what works well for us.
I can't believe that soon there will be Brasilian & Portuguese, Spanish, and French editions. It's crazy.
