Wait, so Bill Watterson was 37 when he retired from Calvin & Hobbes? Just incredible. I really thought with the internet he would start another strip, without having to deal with newspaper rules and all that. But no, never came back except a couple of guest panels since 1995.
What's the point of these dumb videos with annoying sounds and a woman making dumb condescending faces while showing nothing of informational value? Is this from TikTok? TikTok needs to be wiped away from existence.

I might have the year wrong? Maybe it was 2009 or 2012 or something. But that was it. I’m trying to recreate that here on Bluesky, now that this is pretty much only place without an algorithm.
