I've been asked to publish this statement from some of the families affected by NHS England's decision in Brighton.

Birthday presents and card from Roseanna this morning were a careful balance of Fantasy, Science Fiction and "it's a kid show/game, don't overthink it."

Strange Horizons is one of the great bastions of SFF criticism out there. Both in the breadth of books covered and the breadth of voices doing the reviewing but also in providing the support and editing for depth of coverage as well.
Please help them to continue that work for another year.
It is certainly a day for trying to dodge too much information/many views about Dungeon Crawler Carl as I'll be reading the Clarke shortlist and want to have at least a somewhat open mind going in.
Also worth saying there's all the short fiction and poetry they produce as well alongside, you are spoilt for things to read there.
I first however came across Strange Horizons looking for criticism and it remains the reason I keep on coming back.
Just finished the first of the three books I need to read for the Clarke and had a solidly good time.
I'd describe There is No Antimemetics Division as "What if The Laundry Files were good?" which is mostly complimentary about Antimemetics and definitely derogatory about The Laundry Files.
