Absolutely bizarre line of questioning by SKY. She notes that road fatalities went up last year (true and BAD) and using that fact to question why we even bother lowering speeds at all. Actually mind boggling.

SKY is taking a pretty adversarial stance with staff and to lowering speeds here overall, this doesn't seem to bode well. She interrupted again: "why are we putting limits on on streets where we didn't have issues" like seriously what is she even talking about?!!
